ABOUT THE HORN DISC SYSTEM |

Our Horn Disc system consists of 2 parts: DISC and VISE MOUNT, and each part is sold separately. The vise mount quickly attaches to the disc and is used to support the disc in the vise. We offer two disc sizes (small and large) and three different types of vise mounts, and all are interchangeable. |

#2382 SMALL HORN DISC
From simple valve and slide adjustment to soldering and overhaul work, these rugged, vise mounted work fixtures are designed for the professional to hold a wide variety of the smaller brass instruments (see Large Horn Disc for holding larger brass instruments).
The disc itself as well as the clamp cones are made from a high density polyethylene that is both durable and yet lightweight. The 'kwik-clamp' design allows the horn to be easily mounted or unmounted, using non-marring supports that safely and securely grip the bell rim.
Designed to accommodate bell sizes up to 8 3/4" in diameter (22.2cm).
Disc easily attaches to any of our three vise mounts (order separately) using hand tightened lock screw.

* For saxophones, the Small Horn Disc is primarily designed for soldering and other body work. For pad work, key adjustment, etc. see our Saxophone Work Fixture.
