If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any of our products, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase amount, provided item is returned, freight prepaid, within 30 days of shipment date and is in good, original condition. Refund amount will be for the price paid for the item only and not include any freight charge. Please contact us to obtain return instructions. - Warranty Information
- All tools (excluding lamps and #2685 Inspection Scope) are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects, it will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, free of charge, by Votaw Tool Company, provided the product is returned to us freight prepaid.

We charge only actual freight cost on all orders over $10.00. Freight cost is added to your order total when order is shipped. A $2.50 handling charge will be added to orders under $10.00.
When you submit your order you have the option to request we send you an email with exact freight cost. If you request this option, we will not process your order or credit card until you reply with authorization. Note that correspondence may delay shipment by 1-2 business days.
