TOOLS All tools are priced net with no additional dealer discount. SUPPLIES & INSTRUMENT PARTS Some supply items and all instrument parts receive a dealer discount to licensed music and musical instrument repair businesses. To 'turn on' dealer pricing, enter dealer account number in left side of page and click 'Go'. Dealer pricing will be turned on for all eligible products, and remain turned on during your browsing session. (Note that if you have an established dealer account with us and forget to turn on dealer pricing all eligible discounts will still be applied when your order is processed.) Credit Card Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (includes debit, corporate, and government cards. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. We employ SSL technology, one of the most secure systems available for online transactions. PayPal After we receive your order we will calculate the shipping charge and then a 'PayPal Invoice' will be emailed to you requesting payment. If you do not already have a PayPal account, PayPal will provide easy payment instructions. Check In Advance After you complete your order we will email you with total order amount including shipping charges and mailing instructions. After we receive your order we will calculate and add shipping charge. We charge only actual freight cost on all orders over $10.00. Orders that are under $10.00 will have an additional $2.50 handling charge in addition to shipping charge.
When you are in the checkout procedure and select the shipping method you prefer you will have the option to request we send you an email with shipping charge. If you request this option, we will not process your order or credit card until you reply with authorization. Please note that correspondence may delay shipment by 1-2 business days. If you want to know the cost for other shipping methods besides the one you select just add a note under "Additional Comments or Shipping Instructions" and tell us what other shipping method(s) you would like to know the shipping charge for.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any of our products, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase amount, provided item is returned, freight prepaid, within 30 days of shipment date and is in good, original condition. Refund amount will be for the price paid for the item only and not include any freight charge. Please contact us to obtain return instructions. - Warranty Information
- All tools (excluding lamps and #2685 Inspection Scope) are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects, it will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, free of charge, by Votaw Tool Company, provided the product is returned to us freight prepaid.
